Praised by critics and audiences as one of the major new revelations in Brazilian music, Os Garotin blend soul, R&B, MPB, and pop, engaging with the memory of Black dance halls, the power of peripheral cultures, and the freshness of popular music.
Hailing from São Gonçalo (RJ), Os Garotin reached international recognition after receiving three nominations at the 2024 Latin Grammy Awards and winning Best Contemporary Pop Album in Portuguese for Os Garotin de São Gonçalo.
