Martín Erazo
Direction
Founder and artistic director of Colectivo La Patogallina, co-director and co-founder of the sound intervention company Teatro del Sonido, worked as artistic director of FITKA (Festival de Teatro de Calle) and the performing arts festival Festine de Isla Negra. He has conducted workshops, seminars, conferences on theater, acting, self-management, improvisation and scenic creation in Chile and abroad. He has directed shows in Mexico, Ecuador, India and Colombia. In Chile he has directed circus shows, dance, massive concerts and large format theater for public spaces.

The emblematic street theater company La Patogallina, takes to the stage of the Teatro a Mil International Festival 2025, with an exciting theatrical and musical experience where they travel through our recent history through songs from different eras that seeks to provoke a collective catharsis by triggering musical memory of several generations.
“Solo nos queda cantar” is an experience of theater and music, which in a playful and critical way deepens into our identity. It is a journey of intense emotions in which actors and actresses perform 18 songs of the most diverse styles. With a cast of ages ranging between 28 and 62, biographical texts intersect with dates, songs and milestones of our recent history. On stage they line up melodies that are firmly attached to our memory and that have left a mark on many generations.
