A Chilean woman from the Mapocho valley is invited by King Huayna Cápac to visit the city of Cusco, capital of the Incan Empire, so she can demonstrate the magical powers she’s famous for. Together with her family, they stay in Cápac Ñan on the Inca Trail for six months, discovering the magnificent culture right before their eyes: bridges, aqueducts, gold palaces, riches, order and progress. They also realize though that many villagers are unhappy and unwilling to bow down to strict foreign domination. In this amazing imperial city - and after fulfilling the wishes of the Incas - they’ll survive the abrupt fall of the greatest pre-Columbian civilization.
